Important Information about your stay
Please take note, check in time is any time after 3 pm & check-out time is any time before 11 am.
The cabin and lodge rentals have a 2 night minimum & a 3 night minimum on all holidays & special weekends.
Unfortunately, 1 night stays are only permitted if there is 1 night sandwiched between 2 other reservations.
Please note, weekly cabin rentals must include a Friday and Saturday of the same weekend. Which means, we can not do Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals.
Furthermore, a 50% deposit must be received at the time of making the reservation. The balance is due upon check-in & can be made payable by credit card, cash or money order. Keep in mind, however, we do not accept personal checks or American Express cards.
Cabin Rentals Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, after 24 hours of making the cabin rental reservation, (the next day), all deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Consequently, if you are making a reservation within 7 days of arrival, there is only a 1 hour leeway for cancellations.
In any case, if you don’t show up for your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited. Again, Keep in mind, there will not be any refunds.
PRE-APPROVED DOGS PERMITTED EXCEPT CABINS 1 & 6
Firewood is sold at $5 a bundle, along with, starters and lighters at our gift shop. On the other hand, you are not permitted to bring out of the area firewood into the State Parks and surrounding areas. However, firewood can be purchased on site at the store.
The following is a list of things we provide as a convenience to you.
In the bedrooms, Linens, pillows, blankets & bedspreads are supplied.
For the kitchens, cooking & eating utensils, pots & pans, dishes, dish towel & dish cloth, scour pad, dish detergent are supplied, as well.
In the bathrooms, toilet paper, hand soap and bath mat are stocked, also.
We do suggest you bring along the following items.
We do not supply bath towels or toiletries. So, you will have to bring them along.
In the summer, we suggest you bring beach towels, bathing suits and of course, comfy camp chairs.
In the winter, we suggest warm slippers and a robe, so you can be comfy in the cabin. The floors can be chilly. In the event you plan to be outside, warm outdoor clothing for snowman making, sledding and hiking are suggested. Lastly, if you plan to use the spa, bathing suits & beach towels are recommended.
Finally, you can rent a DVD player for $2.50 per day, but you’ll have to bring your own movies, but keep in mind, we do have Direct TV, as well.
