Below is information for you to understand some of the most important questions people ask.
Please take note, check in time is any time after 3 pm & check-out time is any time before 11 am. We must be strict with these times. So please do not ask for later check-outs or earlier check-ins as must have down time to clean and sanitize cabins.
Also, there is a 2 night minimum & a 3 night minimum on all holidays & special weekends and peak season.
Unfortunately, 1 night stays are only permitted if there is 1 night sandwiched between 2 other reservations.
Please note, weekly cabin rentals must include a Friday and Saturday of the same weekend. Which means, we can not do Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals.
Furthermore, a 50% deposit must be received at the time of making the reservation. The balance is due upon check-in & can be made payable by credit card, cash or money order. Keep in mind, we do not accept personal checks or American Express cards. If you opt into the "Worry-Free Bookings" Option. You will be required to pay in full and there is a 10% fee for this option when checking out.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, all deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Once the reservation is made, there are no refunds. Departing early does not constitute a cancellation. HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE OPTED IN TO THE WORRY-FREE BOOKING OPTION AND FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES SET UP BY THE BOOKING AGENCY, YOU MAY RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. Certain restrictions apply.
No-show Policy
If you don't show up for your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited, and the remainder of your balance will be charged to your credit card. HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE OPTED IN TO THE WORRY-FREE BOOKING OPTION AND FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES SET UP BY THE BOOKING AGENCY, YOU MAY RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
