Please take note of the following important information that will help you understand some of the most common queries.

Check-in time is anytime after 3 PM, and check-out time is anytime before 11 AM. To ensure that we have enough time to clean and sanitize the cabins, we must strictly follow these timings. Therefore, kindly do not request later check-outs or earlier check-ins.

Please note that there is a minimum stay of 2 nights, and during holidays, special weekends, and peak season, it is a minimum of 3 nights. Unfortunately, we only permit 1-night stays if there is one night sandwiched between two other reservations.

Kindly note that weekly cabin rentals must include a Friday and a Saturday of the same weekend. Therefore, we cannot offer Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals.

To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due upon check-in. You can pay the balance by credit card, cash, or money order, but we do not accept personal checks or American Express cards. If you choose the "Worry-Free Bookings" option, you will be required to pay in full, and there is a 10% fee for this option upon checkout.

Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Once the reservation is made, there are no refunds. Departing early does not constitute a cancellation. However, if you have opted for the "Worry-Free Bookings" option and followed the guidelines set up by the booking agency, you may receive a full refund. Certain restrictions apply.

No-show Policy: If you do not show up for your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited, and the remainder of your balance will be charged to your credit card. However, if you have opted for the "Worry-Free Bookings" option and followed the guidelines set up by the booking agency, you may receive a full refund.

Please note the following information:

- Dogs are allowed on the premises, but please keep them out of cabins 1 and 3.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Firewood is available for purchase at $5 per bundle, which can be found at your cabin. You will be given 6 bundles to begin with, and more can be delivered upon request. Payment can be made in cash or charged to your credit card. Starter logs and matches are available upon request for $1.50 each. Please refrain from bringing firewood from outside the area.
- We provide the following items for your convenience:
- In the bedrooms: linens, pillows, blankets, and bedspreads.
- In the kitchens: cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans, dishes, dish towel and cloth, scour pad, dish detergent, coffee pot and filters, toaster, microwave, fridge, and stove.
- In the bathrooms: toilet paper, hand soap, and cloth bath mat.
- Air conditioning is available during the summer months for $20 per day.
- We recommend that you bring the following items:
- Bath towels, shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer.
- Outside chairs, beach towels, and bathing suits.
- Bug spray.
- During the winter, please note that:
- Air conditioning is not available.
- You may need to bring additional warm clothing or blankets.
