Payments and Damage Deposits

Please be sure to inform your credit card company or bank and let them know that you will be traveling. As a result, you may have multiple transactions from Hominy Ridge. Please note, if your credit card is declined, you will not be permitted access to your cabin.

No Refunds

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING EARLY DEPARTURES FOR ANY REASON, WEATHER RELATED POWER OUTAGES, CANCELLATIONS, OR ACTS OF GOD. You will forfeit your remaining nights and balance paid.

Day Guests

All day guests (visitors) must register at the office. If having daytime guests (visitors), there is a $5.00 charge per person. Day Guests (visitors) have a 3 hour time limit otherwise there will be additional charges. Day Guests (visitors) must leave by 8 pm and are not permitted to bring pets. If Day Guests are not reported, then you shall be charged double.

Over Night Guests

Any additional over night guests must be reported and pay the extra guest fee of $10 per person. Any Extra Guests not reported shall be charged double.

 

No Smoking

There is no smoking inside the cabins. Outdoor smoking is permitted, however, we ask that you dispose of butts in proper containers.

 

Pre-approved Dogs Permitted

DOG POLICY
~NO DOGS in Cabin 1 and Cabin 6.
~All dogs must be pre-approved prior to making reservations. 
~There is a 2 dog limit and a 60 (+/-) pound weight limit.
~Dogs are not permitted on furniture or in beds.
~Dogs are not permitted to be left alone in the cabin at any time, if you leave the cabin, the dog leaves with you.
~Please have your dog groomed so there is less shedding and no fleas and ticks. It is your responsibility to clean up after your dog, if it sheds.
~Please have your dog up-to-date with all shots. We require proof of vaccinations and a photo of your pet(s) to aid in finding any lost pet.
~Excessive barking, aggressive or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
~No Aggressive breeds.
~All dogs MUST be registered with the Office and licenses, and inoculation records submitted if requested.
~All dogs must be on a leash at all times and no longer than six (6) feet when outside and under control of the handler.
~No dog may be tied outside unattended.
~Dog owners MUST pick up after their pets in all areas.
~Dogs must not disturb other guests with excessive noise or aggressive or threatening behavior.
~Dogs are not allowed at/or in any public gathering locations and are not allowed within the seating areas of these facilities. Dogs are NOT allowed in the office or playground area.
~PLEASE BE COURTEOUS, USE YOUR OWN AREA FOR DOGGIE BUSINESS, and CLEAN IT UP! BAG IT UP!
~The management reserves the right to prohibit any resident or guest from keeping a dog in the event that said guest fails to observe one or more of these rules.

 

Cancellations and No Shows

Anyone making a reservation that does not show up, will forfeit their deposit and be charged the remainder of the balance for the entire reservation.
